湖南诚源电器股份有限公司系长沙诚源电器成套有限公司股改成立的股份制公司。创始于1999年（原名长沙光源电器成套厂），是一家专业从事输配电高低压成套开关设备、直流电源、户外箱式变电站、消防控制设备、工业自动化控制设备的研发、生产、销售和安装调试服务于一体的高新技术企业。

公司位于湖南浏阳（永安）高新技术产业开发区永阳路13号，距长沙黄花国际机场10公里，地处于长株潭城市群两型社会综合配套改革试验区。公司现有厂房占地面积2万多平米，在职员工170余人，大专以上文化工程技术人员96人，年产值过亿元。拥有现代化的光纤激光切割机、数控冲、剪、折生产加工设备、焊接设备、喷涂设备、数控铜母排冲、剪、折加工设备、检测仪器设备共计300多台套。通过近20年的专业制作经验，公司培养了一批优秀的技术人才，采用计算机网络管理和CAD辅助设计，在非标电控产品方面具有独特的开发能力，获得了十二项国家实用新型专利。

Hunan Cheng Yuan Electric Co., Ltd. is a joint stock company after the share reform of Changsha Cheng Yuan Electric Assembly Co., Ltd. It was established in 1999 (formerly known as Changsha Guanyuan Electric Assembly Plant), and it is a high-tech enterprise occupied in research and development, production, sales and installation commissioning of HV/LV switchgear of power transmission and distribution, DC power supply, outdoor cabinet type transformer station, fire control equipment and industrial automation control equipment.

The company covers an area of over 20,000 ㎡, has more than 170 serving workers (including 96 engineering technicians graduated from colleges or universities) and has an annual output value of more than 100 million yuan. The company owns more than 300 sets of equipment, including modern fiber laser cutting machine, CNC punching, cutting and folding production and processing equipment, welding equipment, spraying equipment, NC copper bar punching, cutting and folding processing equipment and inspection instrument equipment. With nearly 20 years of professional production experience, the company has trained a number of outstanding technical personnel and uses computer network management and CAD-aided design and the company has a unique ability to develop in the aspect of non-standard electronic control products and obtains 12 national utility model patents.

The main products of the company (including outdoor box substation, DC power supply and high and low voltage switchgear assembly and control equipment) are widely used in power grids, water conservancy and hydropower systems, hotels, hospitals, schools, houses and industrial and mining enterprises. The company maintains the long-term and stable strategic partnership with Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion, Central chariot, Lens Technology, Vanke, Genco, Greenland, Sinolight Corporation, CITC and Zhongye Changtian.

A number of high-voltage switchgears are given with the voluntary product certification, more than 20 low-voltage switchgears are given with the national compulsory 3C product certification.
